The company specializes in property development, construction projects, land investment, and property management. We are committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments and contributing to the advancement of the real estate and construction sectors in Somaliland. Position Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to lead the company’s overall operations, including real estate development and construction activities. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee project execution, manage operational performance, and ensure the company achieves its financial and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s real estate development and construction operations. • Oversee day-to-day business activities including project management, sales, and marketing. • Lead and supervise project teams, engineers, contractors, and administrative staff. • Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. • Identify new real estate investment and development opportunities. • Develop and implement business growth strategies. • Build strong relationships with investors, clients, contractors, and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. • Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for company leadership. Requirements Qualifications and Experience • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field is required. • Minimum 7–10 years of senior management experience, preferably in real estate development or construction. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Proven experience managing construction projects and property development. • Excellent financial, operational, and strategic planning skills. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities. • Ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
